Dunn, King &
Associates archives all transcripts we have on file for each
client. You can also access invoice information, your upcoming
deposition schedule, and/or download encrypted, virus-protected
transcripts from a secure site that you enter by logon name and PIN
number.
This is a secure site that you and your authorized
co-counsel and legal staff can access AT ANY TIME, FROM ANYWHERE
Log onto our website, and click on the "Internet
Repository" button. Then, click on the "Download Transcripts"
button, and type in your name and PIN. You then have access to
your upcoming schedule with our firm, and you can confirm the
correct time, date and place. You can also cancel, reschedule
or schedule new depositions from the same site.
Additionally,
all of your transcripts are archived in this section, and can be
downloaded either as an E-Transcript or ASCII file. The E-Transcript
is a virus-protected, encrypted
file that you can then print in full-sized form or as a compressed
transcript with an all-word index.
The E-Transcript file is a page image of the original transcript. All line and page
numbers match the original transcript. You can cut and paste
from the E-Transcript, and you can also save the file as a text file
to import into your word processing program. The d0wnloaded ASCII
file can be opened directly by your word processing software.
For depositions
in process, once our reporter has completed a transcript, you will
be notified by e-mail that it is ready for downloading. You
can then instantly retrieve it and print it, and/or e-mail it to
pertinent clients, effectively saving shipping and labor
costs. Most importantly, your client receives it in minutes,
not days. You can even view and print the invoice for each
deposition.
We discount ten cents a page for attorneys who
prefer to download and print from their computers, and do not need
us to print a hard copy.
This site also gives you
access to account information by case, witness name, or
date. It provides you with an easy way to get the total
reporting costs in a case or simply to view all outstanding invoices
in total or by case.
